Edinburgh Greens are active all year round, working to support our party’s commitment to social, economic and environmental justice. We can only do this with the help of our volunteers – members and non-members alike – who give their time so generously.
We always need volunteers to deliver leaflets, help with street stalls, phone round our members, join door-knocking sessions, help to run events, organise fundraising, and spread our social media posts – we’d love to have your active support!

If you haven’t contacted your local Green team yet, this is a good place to start. Go to your local Green team meetings, or get advice on Green action happening in your local area.
Using your skills
If you’re skilled in something like graphic design, website or software development, photography etc, do let us know. We always need more help behind the scenes – contact edinburgh@scottishgreens.org.uk

Join in our Action Days
As we gear up for the Holyrood election in May 2026, we regularly go out door-knocking evenings and weekends, to canvas the views of local people.
Canvassing is fun! You can team-up with an experienced door-knocker to see how it’s done. Our weekend sessions often involve a debrief with coffee & cake in a cafe.
