The Scottish Green Party has a number of groups to empower and encourage participation within the party and politics of under-represented and marginalised people. These groups have representation on the party’s national decision-making bodies.

Disabled Greens
The Disabled Greens network is a representative group within the Scottish Green Party.
We aim to promote disabled representation in politics and contribute towards policies which address the issues that affect disabled people.

Greens of Colour is a representative group within the Scottish Green Party.
Who can join?
The group welcomes all party members of African, Caribbean, Asian, Latin American and other global majority ethnic descent.

Rainbow Greens
Rainbow Greens represent and empower LGBTQI+ members of the Scottish Green Party.
Who can join?
We welcome all Scottish Green Party members who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer or intersex.

Scottish Young Greens
Scottish Young Greens is the independent youth wing of the Scottish Green Party.
We maintain strong links to organisations fighting for social and environmental justice locally, nationally and internationally. Not all our members are members of the Scottish Green Party.

Women’s Network
The Women’s Network of the Scottish Green Party aims collectively to create a supportive environment to develop policy, provide training and collective support for prospective and existing women and non-binary candidates, as well as our elected representatives.
