Join Ross Greer outside the Scottish Parliament to protest against the Scottish Government’s approval of the destructive Flamingo Land mega-resort on the banks of Loch Lomond.
The development will have a disastrous impact on the local community and world-famous environment, drawing more cars onto already gridlocked roads and threatening Loch Lomond’s natural beauty.
A Scottish Government official has overturned the unanimous rejection of Flamingo Land’s plans by the National Park’s board. In even worse news, government ministers are refusing to recall the official’s decision. They are allowing Flamingo Land to go ahead – a disaster for people and planet.
For the last decade the local community and Ross have successfully fought back against this theme park operator and their attempt to ruin the gateway to Loch Lomond. We can’t let them win now.
We publish events and consultations in our calendar which we hope will be of interest to our members and supporters. We strive to be accurate in these listings, so please contact us if you see an error or problem. The organisers of third-party events (coded blue) are mostly unconnected to us, and we have no control over these.
