This is part of a member-only lecture series the MSP group and Policy Committee are presenting on how our SGP Policy becomes law in Scotland, and how SGP members can help.

This second session with Ariane Burgess MSP, Lorna Slater MSP and Gillian Mackay MSP will ask the questions:

How does a policy become law? A closer look on the paths an idea of a new law takes through parliament.
Which actions from SGP members help the MSPs be more effective?

This lecture series aims to get you a practical look at what happens to make a law come to be, with opportunities to ask practical questions on how we all can make a difference for Scotland.

The lecture will be recorded and put it on the members area for to playback.

It is a part of a project commissioned by SGP National Council.
