Edinburgh Council want to hear your views on the draft Fair Work Charter and how you see this working for you.
The introduction of a Fair Work Charter is part of their commitment to end poverty by 2030. It will include a universal set of standards, that are achievable by all Edinburgh employers regardless of their size or sector. The charter is a way to secure commitments and support from our employers (with public recognition) in terms of driving the fairest possible employment behaviours and practices.
These commitments and support can help tackle issues across the city like in-work poverty, barriers to employment and progression, productivity challenges, and poor mental health.
