Kayleigh Kinross-O’Neill a candidate for the Greens in the Scottish Parliamentary elections on 7 May 2026.
Kayleigh is #4 on our regional list, as well as our local candidate for Edinburgh Northern. Vote Green on the regional list to elect Kayleigh as your MSP.
Originally from Motherwell, Kayleigh moved to Edinburgh for university and later worked for Euan’s Guide and Inclusion Scotland. Since being elected she has been the Green Councillor Group’s Transport spokesperson, while also working part-time for Lorna Slater MSP in the Scottish Parliament.
Kayleigh is a strong advocate for better accessibility, stronger engagement, and greener values. She is vocal on issues of pavement parking, dropped curb access, and other barriers that disabled and elderly people face in their daily life.
As an MSP, Kayleigh will bring her experience of representing people who are struggling with housing issues, health problems, financial difficulties, access needs, and barriers to multiple areas of society to the Scottish Parliament. She is standing in this election in order to push further against the rise of the far right and the divisive politics they represent.
