Description
Learn the Cyrillic alphabet with an experienced language tutor. Two lessons of an hour.
The Cyrillic alphabet (with slight variations) is used today in several slavic languages: Ukrainian (as shown above), Serbian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Belarusian and Russian, and non-slavic Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Gagauz, Mongolia.
Contrary to wide-held belief use of Cyrillic is phonetic and not difficult to transliterate!
Quite a few basic words sound the same as English equivalent, which might interest reluctant language learners.
