Portobello/Craigmillar by-election candidate launch
East Edinburgh Greens are holding their candidate launch at Portobello Beach on Saturday 27 June to kick start their council by-election campaign. Meet at 2pm, on the Prom at the bottom of John Street.
There will be a couple of short speeches, some photo opportunities and a chance to meet the newly elected-candidate – come along and support them! The location is wheelchair accessible.
Afterwards, there will be an informal canvassing session with training for folks who are new to canvassing and would like to get involved. Routes and scripts will be provided, and any new canvassers are paired with an experienced buddy.
