Mayfield-Blackford area – Door-knocking
Join our door-knocking session around the Mayfield and Blackford area, to support Isabella Gastel Alejandre’s campaign in the Southside/Newington council by-election.
We’ll be meeting outside Margiotta on the corner of Mayfield Road and West Savile Terrace.
We will have a briefing, then split into pairs to canvas the local area. New volunteers are welcome. Don’t worry if you’ve never been door-knocking before – you will be paired up with an experienced canvasser so you can see how it’s done.
Canvassing in this area involves climbing some stairs. There will be some routes that have fewer, or no stairs, but unfortunately we have no wheelchair-accessible routes at this session.
