Door-knocking in Leith Walk (Springfield)
A Holyrood 2026 door-knocking action day in a Green area with room for growth
We welcome canvassers of all experience levels and none. New or inexperienced canvassers will be paired with more experienced partners. It is fine to just be the person observing and taking notes. You do not have to be a member to get involved.
Schedule
- 18:00 Meet in Victoria Bar, 265 Leith Walk ( ///castle.trio.delay) for briefing
- 18:15 Commence door knocking
- 19:45 Return to Victoria Bar for debriefing
- 20:00 Optional socialising
Accessibility
- This area has a high proportion of tenement housing without lifts
- Victoria Bar has a wheelchair accessible entrance but does not have an accessible toilet
- Under 18s will be able to gather in the bar to start out, but cannot stay past 8pm
