Door-knocking in Leith (John Rattray Monument)
A Holyrood 2026 door-knocking action day in a strongly Green area (literally and electorally)
We welcome canvassers of all experience levels and none. New or inexperienced canvassers will be paired with more experienced partners. We need people to observe and take notes as well as people willing to talk to residents. You do not have to be a member to get involved.
Schedule
- 15:00 Meet next to the John Rattray Monument for briefing. The monument is located on Leith Links, opposite where Salamander Place and Links Place meet: ///luxury.number.output
- 15:30 Commence door knocking
- 17:00 Return to the monument for debriefing
- 17:15 Optional socialising at Brass Monkey Shore

Door-knocking can involve climbing stairs in tenement flats.
